Just in those days Anja and Francesco wanted, however, to ensure pleasant days for their three children. So they decided to cook together, and every day the challenge was to bring something always different to the table, looking for new scents and tastes. And what started as a simple game, just for fun against boredom, has become a daily ritual. The TubeORIGINAL story begins, therefore, in the small home kitchen where the flavors, memories, emotions and smiles of my family meet ... and then everyone at the table, running. And it is precisely at the table that we forget about everything else, we give flavor to life and we are simply close, giving shape and taste to creativity. When it was clear that one was happy to have given color to even those particularly gray days, it was that the magic was complete.
Immediately Anja and Francesco started thinking about how to transform their search for flavors and aromas into something that could accompany families on a daily basis. And this is where the idea of creating pastas to be used to flavor everyday dishes was born; pastas that capture the scents and essences of fresh basil, Norcia truffles and maybe even Cambodia's black pepper, making people go around the world simply sitting at the table.
Immediately Francesco and Anja decided to share their experience by transforming the careful search for genuine aromas and flavors, carefully selected fine raw materials, products harvested and processed at zero km to enrich the culinary experience of other families every day.
